This recipe is a treasured family tradition. Peter learned it from his idol, his grandfather Spyros, and throughout the evening he'll share the stories behind every layer. Papou Spyros wasn't only a wonderful cook; he was also a legendary dancer. So in his honor, Peter will bring out a few of his own moves that night. Be ready to clap along, or even join in!
